It was in 1983 that Greg Brumann opened his first village butcher's shop in the Val d'Hérens. After several years, he specialized in artisanal cured meats and it was in 2006 that he opened his meat dryer in Granges VS
The family tradition has continued since the arrival of his son Mathias in 2011 who took up the torch in 2019 as well as the arrival of his daughter Kathia in 2020.
Even today we passionately produce all our cured meats in an artisanal way in our barn dryer.
